Chris Haddox: Mining for music: Rhoda Browning Nelson

While it is difficult to track down any living relatives of many of the folk musicians from Logan County’s past, such is not the case with the band known as The Williamson Brothers and Curry. Local music prodigy, Brayden Williamson, is a direct descendant of Ervin Williamson and he keeps Ervin’s music alive by dropping in one of his grandfather’s songs into his own set list from time to time.
