The issue of the Taiwanese embassy continues to divide politicians and society. A new poll shows that 6 out of 10 Lithuanians would support changing the name of the Taiwanese embassy in Vilnius to the Taipei embassy if it would help improve relations with China. This is a trump card for the Social Democrats, who have set themselves the goal of reconciliation with China.
