From 1 January 2026, chemical submission tests will be reimbursed by sickness insurance in three pilot regions, including the Pays de la Loire. This three-year experiment, supervised by decree, must facilitate access to care, complaint and medical evidence for victims, even in the absence of a complaint, according to the Ministry of Health.
The experiment, which concerns the Ile-de-France, Hauts-de-France and Pays de la Loire regions, will extend over three years and will ultimately make it possible to use the results to file a complaint.
