Charleston hosts first domestic violence awareness event amid rising cases

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) Charleston Police teamed up with Lowcountry nonprofits to host an inaugural event to recognize domestic violence awareness month. The event comes as police and nonprofits report seeing an increase in domestic violence incidents this year.
