Yovani Roberto Lucas-Ramirez, 25 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he slammed his vehicle into two mobile homes with people inside at a trailer park on Burnett Ferry Road. Police added that Lucas-Ramirez also ran into a porch and an unattended vehicle before fleeing the scene. The incident occurred back on June 7.
