TROPICAL STORM EDOUARD - Orange County issues Disaster Declaration

Orange County Judge John Gothia issued a Declaration of Disaster for Edouard today/Tuesday, Sept. 1.  As of 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Tropical Storm Edouard is expected to make landfall within the hour, according to the National Weather Service.
