A series of crimes by criminals have increased in the Kollegal forest of Chamarajanagar. After the encounter of three, 10 acres of forest was set on fire in the Male Mahadeshwara Wildlife Sanctuary. Anti-poaching camps in the Cauvery Wildlife Sanctuary were blown up using gelatin. Forest department personnel are facing life-threatening situations and the investigation has been intensified to find the criminals.
