According to the indictment(s), the mastermind behind the COVID certificate trafficking operation was Petra Marković (formerly Rumiha), a nurse employed at the Zapad Health Center in Zagreb. She also pleaded guilty and was sentenced to a partially suspended sentence of two and a half years in prison based on a plea bargain.
