Ceremony for 25th anniversary of 9/11 to be held at BI fire station
The Bainbridge Island Fire Department, in partnership with the American Legion Colin Hyde Post 172 and the Bainbridge Island Police Department, will host a community remembrance ceremony marking the 25th anniversary of Sept. 11, 2001, with a special focus on the firefighters and law enforcement officers who made the ultimate sacrifice that day.
