A 16-year-old boy stabbed his mother 20-30 times and hit her with a baseball bat Sunday inside their Franklin County apartment, police said in court documents.Kameren Leith was charged with attempted homicide and theft after the stabbing at his mother’s Washington Township apartment. He was denied bail after a judge ruled there were no measures that could be put in place to guarantee public safety, according to online court records.
