BOSTON — Hugo Gonzalez was a big part of the Celtics’ success this season, at least until the final month of the regular season. With the playoffs approaching and Jayson Tatum back healthy, Gonzalez was the odd man out of Boston’s rotation behind Baylor Scheierman and Jordan Walsh until Game 7 of Boston’s first round series loss to the 76ers. He played 13 minutes in the contest and helped spark a second quarter comeback in the 109-101 defeat.
