Reginald Clay Barnett, 59 of Cedartown, was arrested recently after reports said he attacked a woman at the A-1 Hotel. Reports said that Barnett went to the victim’s room and refused to let her leave. After being able to escape, Barnett grabbed the victim by the hair and threw her to the ground.
