CCCTC carpentry teacher awarded $30K from Harbor Freight Tools for Schools
Hugh Roberts, 54, of the Lavalette area in West Virginia, is one of five grand prize winners of the 2025 Harbor Freight Tools for Schools Prize for Teaching Excellence. As a grand prize winner he receives $30,000 to use in any way he chooses and the CCCTC receives $70,000. Roberts will work with school principal, Melissa Ash, to decide how that money will be used.
