Seth Michael Davis, 30 of Cave Spring, was arrested this week after reports said he assaulted his 37 year-old wife. Reports said that Davis grabbed the victim by the shirt in an aggressive manner and stood her up. Davis them proceeded to shove the victim to the ground.
