Catskill man charged with possessing child sexual abuse material

ATHENS, N.Y. — A Catskill man is facing felony charges after allegedly possessing and promoting child sexual abuse material, according to state police. Kristopher E. Clearwater-Ross, 41, of Catskill, was arrested by state police at Catskill at 6:11 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 1, following “an investigation into the possession and promotion of child sexual abuse material,” police said in a press release.
