Union Minister J.P. Nadda has welcomed the Supreme Court's decision to quash all FIRs registered against protesting students across the country between July 20 and 25, days after the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) cancelled its September 5 march. J.P. Nadda welcomed the CJP's decision to call off the protest march scheduled for September 5 and assured that no action would be taken against those who participated in the Jantar Mantar protest.
Nadda said on cancellation of FIR against NEET protesters – future of students is the top priority, CJP apologized to the families of the deceased students.
New Delhi: The Central Government has moved the Supreme Court seeking quashing of the cases registered in connection with the student protests in Delhi and other states of the country.
