CARROLL COUNTY, Miss. (WLBT) – Since its recent completion, the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office/Carroll County Regional Correctional Facility (CCSO/CCRCF) Training Facility has been used for multiple deputy trainings, including automated external defibrillator (AED) certification and firearms instruction.
