MONTREAL — Quebec party leaders are facing off in the first major campaign debate. Parti Québécois Leader Paul St-Pierre Plamondon, Coalition Avenir Québec Leader Christine Fréchette, Liberal Leader Charles Milliard, Conservative Leader Éric Duhaime and Québec solidaire’s Ruba Ghazal’s greeted their cheering supporters as they stepped off their buses ahead of their first head-to-head meeting.
