- The purchase followed nearly €30.1 million in capital raises split across two private placements and an agreement with asset manager TOBAM, enabling the company to fund the Bitcoin acquisition.
- Swissquote Bank Europe executed the purchase at an average price of €67,182 per Bitcoin, with custody provided by technology from Swiss digital asset infrastructure company Taurus.
- The acquisition raises Capital B's strategic Bitcoin holdings by nearly 12% to 3,521 BTC, marking its largest single purchase since June 2025.
- Capital B completed these raises one day before its scheduled 10-for-1 reverse stock split takes effect on Sept. 8, where every 10 existing shares become one new share.
