- Analyst AJ O'Donnell at Tudor Pickering, Holt & Co. called it "the most logical approach to adding incremental oil egress capacity," though uncertainty remains around final economics.
- The pipeline route ends in Guernsey, Wyoming, but additional links to refining hubs like Cushing, Oklahoma, Patoka, Illinois, and the U.S. Gulf Coast will be required for full market access.
