Cambria Co. Man Accused Of Sexually Abusing Infant

A 21-year-old Cambria County man has been charged with multiple felonies after allegedly sexually abusing a two-month-old infant during a Snapchat video call with a 16-year-old girl in June.  Seth Isaiah Hockenberry of Hastings faces charges including aggravated indecent assault of a child, and dissemination of child sexual abuse material.  Hockenberry has been placed in the Cambria County Prison where his bail has been set at $1-million.
