Byers and Gay Immobilize CMU in 6-1 Win

OXFORD, Ohio – Miami took care of Central Michigan Saturday, winning 6-1 after Alex Gay and Carson Byers combined for zero earned runs. Tommy Harrison was the offensive hero, hitting his team-leading 12th home run of the season to put the RedHawks ahead in the fifth. Miami improves to 28-13 (16-7 MAC) with the win while Central Michigan falls to 18-22 (9-14 MAC).
