An accident occurred on the Rohtak National Highway in Panipat at around 7 pm on the night of 28th September. A bus going from Rohtak to Dehradun hit the safety tank tractor. The collision was so sharp that the wheels of the tractor were blown away and its gearbox broke down and shattered on the road.
