Burnham to visit Ukraine with promise of boost for Kyiv’s long-range missiles
UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham will visit Ukraine on Monday to announce British support for improving Kyiv's domestic production of long-range missiles.
Burnham will co-chair a meeting of the Coalition of the Willing and meet Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy during his visit.
Britain has agreed to allow European missile maker MBDA to share classified information on British-made parts for the SCALP missile to boost local assembly lines in France and Ukraine.
Burnham stated, "Ukraine's security is our security," affirming British support for Ukraine "for as long as it takes".
