General Motors Korea (GM Korea) is launching the ‘premium’ brand Buick in earnest. Leading the charge is the mid-size plug-in hybrid (PHEV) SUV, the Electra E7. With the official launch of Buick, Korea has become the first country outside of North America to introduce all four GM brands. GM Korea held a Buick brand launch event at the Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, on the 30th.
