Buffalo Police Chief Sean Bissett gave the lates information on Officer Cody Thomas, who was involved in a car crash that sent him to the hospital and killed the driver of the other vehicle. Bissett said he received a call from the Casper Police Chief, who was checking on Thomas, and offered help to the BPD. The crash happened March 1 as Thomas was driving to the Police Academy in Douglas. Bissett said he returned to the academy last week.
