RON95汽油补贴计划（BUDI95）开跑首日进展顺利，驾驶人士尝试使用“新方式”添油，油站未见乱象。 彭加兰哥打区州议员王宇航也在周二早，前往位于姓氏桥附近的油站巡视，并向民众了解添油情况后，这么表示。 他表示，据他和民众了解，多数前来添油者首次尝试BUDI95的全新添油机制，经过询问大多数民众也业者皆透露“没问题”。 他透露，在BUDI95开跑后，平均每添加5令吉RON95汽油，就能获得1令吉53仙津贴，符合资格的民众每个月可获得最高300公升津贴汽油。 “整个系统非常清晰，国人的账单会显示未扣除津贴前的添油金额，再减去所获津贴；外国人则会直接显示没津贴的油价。” 他强调，BUDI 95的执行，让国人可以享有汽油津贴时，也避免有关津贴被外国人滥用，从而导致浪费国人缴付的税务。 “在以往，无论是国人或外国人，在我国油站添油都可享有汽油补贴，这其实对国民是不公平的，因为国民辛苦缴税但外国人并没有。” 随着有关计划执行后，他说，政府将能省下更多资金，用以投入发展其他领域，提升我国的宜居环境
