It has been revealed that UPAC, has been unable to verify the authenticity of the text messages that were published last November that suggested that Quebec Liberal Party members who supported Pablo Rodriguez.
After three months of investigation, the Permanent Anti-Corruption Unit (UPAC) cannot so far establish the authenticity of the texts on the "brownies" that splashed the former liberal leader Pablo Rodriguez. It envisages that the texts would be false, that they would have been made, according to sources well aware of the file.
