Srpska Lista announced that the decision of the Election Complaints and Appeals Panel (ECAP) to uphold their appeal against the decision of the Central Election Commission (CEC) is a victory for the right, the law and democratic principles.
The British Embassy in Kosovo welcomed the decision of the Election Complaints and Appeals Panel regarding the publication of results for the Serbian List and its candidates, which, they said, affirms the right of non-majority communities in Kosovo, along with all other political entities, to fully participate in the democratic process, as guaranteed by the Constitution of Kosovo and relevant laws, Kosovo Online reports.
The Election Panel stated that it disagrees with the CEC's decision not to publish the final results of the snap elections for the Kosovo Assembly.
