Russia’s hostile actions against the UK are costing the British economy at least £2-2.5 billion a year, according to a new report by Labour MP Graham Downey, who is deputy chairman of the parliamentary group on rearmament, cited by the Financial Times. The report, titled “The Putin Tax,” estimates the cost of business disruption, recovery and investment in the resilience of the British economy as a result of Russian hybrid attacks.
