- The Okanagan International Film Festival Society brought the actors to the Central Okanagan as a tour stop ahead of their appearance at Northern Fancon in Prince George from May 2-4.
- Cruz and Garcia, who portrayed drug dealers Tuco Salamanca and No-Dose, played minor roles across seasons 1 and 2 of Breaking Bad, yet remain remembered as iconic television villains.
- "It's been more than 10 years since we shot it and still people are discovering it," Cruz told Black Press Media, noting the show continues attracting new generations of fans.
