Altogether, records show, Annette Guzman got $3,434.59 in erroneous exemptions on a South Loop condo over the past five years, yet the assessor’s office told her to repay only $2,071.89. It’s unclear if the assessor - formerly her boss - will order her to repay the $1,362.70 in tax breaks she got while she wasn’t living in the South Loop condo.
