BPD Chief Reports Applying for 9-1-1 Gap Funding Grant

Buffalo Police Chief Sean Bissett, at the last city council meeting, reported that his department had applied for a grant to help in gap funding for the city/county 9-1-1 system. At a meeting last month, Bissett said the funds will help pay for physical and digital software, licensing, and equipment needed to operate the 9-1-1 system.
