- On October 1, Bold Penguin and bolttech announced a strategic partnership in LAS VEGAS to create joint commercial and personal lines offerings for agents, insurers, and embedded partners across North America, Europe, and Asia.
- Operating across 39 countries, bolttech provides AI-enabled workflows and insurance distribution expertise, while Bold Penguin contributes its commercial lines digital exchange, data services through DeX, and an integrated commercial carrier network.
- Both companies will leverage combined technology and research capabilities to accelerate their roadmaps, connecting existing distribution networks to allow customers to utilize the full scope of both platforms simultaneously.
- Bold Penguin President Peter Settel noted the partnership addresses the global protection gap, while Group Chief Executive Officer Rob Schimek said the arrangement delivers "a more seamless, connected insurance experience" for global partners.
- While expanding globally, Bold Penguin will now offer the partner's personal lines solutions to customers in North America through a single interface, with initial focus on supporting insurance distribution across commercial and personal lines.
