The Dunwoody Garden Club and Parks is launching the city’s celebration of the Declaration of Independence’s 250th anniversary with a Blue Star Memorial ceremony on July 2 at Brook Run Park. Blue Star Memorial markers are nationwide tributes honoring the U.S. Armed Forces, initiated by garden clubs after World War II.
