Blue Shamrock employee charged with ‘criminal conduct’ on patrons

LOWELL — The Blue Shamrock Pub’s ongoing compliance issues escalated this month, when an employee with the Market Street business was criminally charged by officers with the Lowell Police Department for an alleged violent assault on three patrons that resulted in fractured ribs, broken bones, chipped teeth and lacerations, which required emergency transport.
