BILOXI, Miss. (WXXV)-The Second Liners Mardi Gras Club out of Biloxi is giving back to the community. High school seniors were honored with over $13,000 in award money from the group. The scholarship ceremony took place at the Good Deeds Community Center. The Second Liners say celebration means more when it creates opportunity.
