Bill to standardize book bans in Mass. libraries likely headed to governor’s desk

The Massachusetts House passed a bill that would curb book banning in libraries and set-standards for when a book might be removed from circulation. A similar bill already passed in the Senate. When ready, the legislation is expected to be sent to Governor Maura Healey for review.
