On Rakshabandhan, Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary announced three major schemes for the daughters of Bihar. The Abhaya Brigade will receive 4,700 scooters and motorcycles. Nearly 1,000 female students will receive PhD fellowships of ₹10,000 per month for four years. The "Bihar Ki Beti Startup Challenge Scheme" will provide financial assistance ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹2 lakh.
