The GOVERNMENT of the Republic of Croatia adopted a decision on the establishment of building rights in favor of the City of Split on land in Stobrec for the construction of the Hajduk camp.
This is state-owned land with an area of 71,973 square meters and an estimated value of 8.7 million euros.
Hajduk's plan to build a new football camp has taken an important step forward. At its session on Thursday, the government approved the use of state-owned land in Stobrec by the City of Split, creating the conditions for the continuation of preparations for the project that has been announced in Split for years.
It is granted for a period of 50 years without any compensation.
The draft decision is on the sixth item on the agenda of the session. If the Government accepts the proposal, the City of Split will receive a legal basis for the use of the land and the continuation of the project preparation.
