The CROATIAN EMPLOYERS' ASSOCIATION (HUP) has warned that the proposed price anchoring, i.e. the obligation to display the current price alongside the price from an administratively determined historical date, will create an administrative, technical and financial burden on entrepreneurs, especially micro and small ones.
