WILLIAMSPORT — Benjmain Franklin portrayer Barry Stevens, of Virginia, will appear at 4 p.m. Saturday, May 16, at the Thomas T. Taber Museum of the Lycoming County Historical Society, 858 W. Fourth St., Williamsport.
