BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio (WTRF) -- The Annual Belmont County NAACP Freedom Fund Dinner is set for Saturday at The Market At Ebbert Farms. It is open to everyone in the community. Four well-known individuals will be honored posthumously with lifetime achievement awards. They say the annual event is for bringing old friends together and making new ones.
