Audi F1 has made remarkable progress in pit stops. They recorded the fastest pit stops in two consecutive races at the Dutch and Italian Grands Prix. Racing Director Allan McNish cited former Red Bull driver Lee Stevenson as the person behind this improvement. Stevenson has many years of experience at Red Bull, and even served as Max Verstappen's chief mechanic.
