Barbara Anne Williams, 88, of Racine, Wisconsin, died Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2026, at Oak Ridge Care Center in Union Grove. She was born Sept. 6, 1937, in Racine to Charles and Elizabeth (Cetrano) Skala.
