Axon said record quarterly revenue and rising software demand helped drive a higher 2026 sales target.
TASER-Maker Axon Enterprise raised its fiscal 2026 revenue outlook to between $3.61 billion and $3.67 billion on Wednesday. Quarterly revenue of $807.3 million beat Street estimates of $778.5 million.
Axon entered the year with "strong momentum, delivering record quarterly revenue," marking its ninth consecutive quarter of over 30% growth. Demand for artificial intelligence products and counter-drone technology rose over 300% year over year.
Platform Solutions contributed $111 million, increasing 95% year over year, while Software and Services revenue grew 35% to $355 million. TASER and Personal Sensors grew 19% and 23%, respectively.
The Safer Skies Act, passed in the National Defense Authorization Act, earmarks $250 million in federal grants for local agencies to track and mitigate drone threats. This supports Axon's counter-drone business expansion.
Axon targets $6 billion in annual revenue by 2028, more than double its 2025 results, while expanding globally with products deployed in 85 countries. The company plans to deepen partnerships with federal agencies including the Department of Homeland Security.
