Avanza, Utah's first bilingual public radio station, will hold a launch party this Thursday at 7 p.m. at the Drift Lounge at Woodbine in Salt Lake City. The station, heard at 88.3 FM, has been steadily expanding its reach since it began broadcasting last year.
