On Friday, the Conseil d'Etat annulled two decisions which invalidated the giant job safeguard plan announced at the end of 2024 by the distributor Auchan, confirming the legality of this PES contested by the CGT and FO, according to its decision consulted by the AFP, previously referred to by the magazine LSA.
This giant social plan concerns no less than 2,400 job cuts in the large distribution company. By September 2025, the justice system had invalidated it at first instance, considering the procedure irregular.
