Atlantic City Council Sets the Date of a Public Hearing for the Sale of City-Owned Property

(Atlantic) The City of Atlantic recently received a bid from Paul and Kristi Wegner for $1.00 for the City-owned property at 411 Birch Street.  At Wednesday’s City Council meeting, the Council agreed to hold the public hearing for the sale of the property on May 20, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. The Wegners intend to build a $300,000, 4-bedroom house to help their son and his roommates.
