- On Sunday, athletes used a dining center run by Italian caterers, with Sunday lunch featuring chicken, pork, turkey, and two kinds of salmon and hake, plus local specialties.
- With the Games spread over multiple venues, organizers created accommodations at five other sites including Cortina’s temporary village for 1,100, Anterselva and Bormio housing 400 each, nearly 1,000 in Livigno, and more than 900 in Predazzo’s renovated school.
